Amarillo Chicken review by Barry
The Amarillo Chicken is topped with shrimp and covered in a spicy chipotle cream sauce, and comes with the side of your choice. I went with the broccoli and everything was absolutely delicious! The sauce makes the dish and I found myself dipping the broccoli into it as well. Great melding of flavors that I will definitely order again!

I have been searching for fried shrimp that could possibly compare to what we are able to get at the gulfcoast and finally I have found it. Actually they surpassed most restaurants. I can't say enough good things as this was a wonderful meal. The shrimp was fresh and very lightly breaded with a very flavorful seasoning. It was served with the most amazing tarter sauce. This is my new favorite not just because of the shrimp but the fried mushrooms are a must too. Many more items are great also. You will not be disappointed.

The Bourbon Marinated Salmon at Texas Border Grill is amazing! It is very flavorful and seared to perfection. It's succulent and goes well with the steamed vegetables. I eat it every time I visit Texas Border Grill! My favorite place for a fantastic meal!

I visit Texas Border Grill from time to time. I had everything from the fried perch sandwich & dinner, steak Philly,juicy burgers & chicken sandwiches, jumbo twice fried wings, fried mushrooms, succulent steak dinner, and the homemade chili. The dish that stood out the most was the Amarillo chicken dinner pair with mashed potatoes, grilled mushrooms,and steamed broccoli. Heaven on a plate. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

I've never had any like this before. They are fried whole to a delicious crisp & the best sauce on the side. I could eat this as a meal!
