Banquets

Of course we always welcome large parties anytime in our dining room and our private banquet room especially for last minute celebrations, just give us a call to see if it's available today!  We will work with you!   Our goal is to host a party, big or small, in our banquet room every day!  

For more formal, pre-planned events with guaranteed seatings in our private banquet room, we ask for certain minimums and advance notice to provide the best food and service to you and your guests!  

We want your business for  variety of events, think of us for:

Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Baby and Bridal Showers, Small Weddings, Receptions, Engagement Parties, Business Meetings/Trainings, we our open to anything just remember to bring your appetites!  

Book your next event at Texas Border Grill!  Our private banquet room is available for lunch or dinner, seating up to 35 people.  

Parties of 20+ guests are highly recommended to participate in our "Set Banquet Menu".  We can work with individual preferences from our daily menu items and can even work with special menu items, just call and ask or fill out the form below and we will be back in touch with you soon!   The "Set Banquet Menu" option insures smooth service and optimal timing for your event.

All formal Banquet events must be on one check, unless cleared by a manager, before the day of party (split check limit of 10)  

Debit or credit card number required to hold banquet room for all pre-planned booked parties, because we will have extra staffing in place, make sure we have enough product on hand to provide the best dining experience for your party.  

We do not require an upfront deposit fee, but we do require minimum spending amounts in order to use the banquet room for pre-planned events.  

Minimum of $200 required for Monday - Wednesday

Minimum of $300 required for Thursday & Sunday

Minimum of $500 required for bookings Friday and Saturday.  

Minimum amounts will be charged to the card on file in the event that the party is a "no call, no show" or a portion of the minimum may be charged to cards that do not meet the minimum amount for their pre-planned party.  

We understand, things happen, Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled event at no charge.  

Decorations may be set up to 1 hour prior to the event, or earlier, if previously cleared by management.  Call us ahead and let us know if you need additional time to decorate your room!   We love to see our guests special decor!  Balloons, steamers are all welcome!  

Please no confetti, glitter, or other micro decorations. 

We do ask that all decor be removed after your pre-planned event so please take all decorations with you at the end of your event.  

Do you need Audio Visual Services for your event?  No Problem!  

Do you want a private venue to watch the big game?  Do you have a need to present your next sales meeting on a big screen with delicious appetizers and a meal?  Have a video presentation to show for your party? We have audio visual services available, but we must have advance notice at the time of booking the banquet room, just give us a call!   

Texas Border Grill can provide a large-smart TV in the banquet room for additional charge of $50. 

Desserts!  We have wonderful desserts on hand all the time for your party!  To insure your favorite, you can pre-order from our selection of desserts!  

Can I bring my own cake?  Junior wants a Batman Cake..  of course we understand!  If you have your own cake to bring in,  no problem!   If you are bringing your own cake, please provide your special plates and cutlery!  We welcome your own personal touch to the party!  However, if you would like for us to cut the cake, table side or from our kitchen, we add a small $10 cake cutting fee.  All of this can be figured out when we book your special event!  

A gratuity of 18% will be added to all banquet events.
